Meet Zakaria Sherbiny

Zakaria Sherbiny is the founder and principal coach of First Rodeo Coaching. He started First Rodeo on the premise that every independent school leader deserves an executive coach to help them maximize their potential and impact on their school communities.

Zakaria is a former independent school teacher and leader who intimately understands the experience and challenges of school leadership. A graduate of the schools of education at Harvard University and Columbia University, Zakaria has that rare ability to see beyond the surface and get at the heart of what makes people tick.

He is trained by the Co-Active Training Institute and certified by the International Coaching Federation, making him one of the few executive coaches of color operating in independent schools.
