Ever since I can remember, I’ve always been driven by curiosity in people. I spent my formative years in both Arlington, VA and Cairo, Egypt - exposed to various cultures, languages, and ways of being in the world. Long before I could ever articulate what human phenomena were, I was definitely interested in them!

Prior to becoming an executive coach for school leaders, I spent my whole career teaching and leading in independent schools - first as an early childhood teacher, then as a lower school leader. Whereas my love for schools blossomed while teaching young children, as I progressed in my leadership career, I grew to cherish opportunities working with adults. I found that what I enjoyed most was working with adults in developmental settings, so in 2020 I made the jump to professional coaching to do what I loved full-time.

Today, I work with independent school heads and senior leaders, supporting them in leading more confidently, with greater clarity, and holding them accountable to the growth that they want for themselves. The result is greater professional satisfaction, deeper and more authentic leadership development, and increased leadership retention and continuity within schools - which ultimately fuels better outcomes for students, faculty, and school communities at large.
